What industrial lubricants does SantoLubes manufacture?

SantoLubes produces synthetic base stocks, traction fluids, PPE (polyphenyl ether) fluids, specialty base fluids, and electronic connector lubricants for industrial gear systems, bearings, compressors, vacuum systems, and electrical applications.

It depends on load, speed, temperature, and OEM requirements. ultEbase® formulated gear oils are a common starting point where low friction and thermal management matter, but final suitability depends on the finished-lubricant formulation.

+SantoTrac® fluids intentionally generate controlled traction to transmit torque, while ultEbase® is a low-shear base-stock technology aimed at reducing internal friction—two different goals for two different problems.

Is ultEbase®a finished industrial gear oil?+No. ultEbase® is a base-stock technology intended for formulation into finished lubricants by combining it with appropriate additives and viscosity grades.

What lubricant should be used for high-temperature industrial equipment?+PPE-based fluids such as SantoVac® and OS-series products are chosen for very low volatility and strong thermal and oxidative stability where conventional fluids degrade quickly.
